Fomentek and Tiger Tail USA are both divisions of Polar Fusion, LLC, and they share a centralized warehouse and fulfillment facility in Kent, WA. Your Fomentek orders are processed and shipped by the same expert team that handles Tiger Tail USA logistics.

We do our very best to deliver quality products on time.  Most orders are processed the same business day if they are received before 11:00 am PST on weekdays. Orders that come in over the weekend will ship on the following Monday. Orders received on national holidays will also be shipped on the next business day. Our shipping system automatically selects the most efficient delivery method for your area. Packages will be shipped from the Seattle area via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS unless special expedited shipping is requested. After your order has been placed, you will first receive an email confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with the order details, method of shipping, and package tracking information.
